Bible Study Groups
The Thursday contemplative prayer group has resumed. It will run through until 13 February when we will break for half term. You can join in person at the Church from around 8.20 pm (we meet under the cross in the Sanctuary) or you can join in online by Zoom – the link is here:

Note that you can use this link each week until 13 February.
The group is called the “The Contemplative Oasis” – as we hope that this time and space will offer an Oasis for rest, peace and contemplation in the arc of a busy week. The meeting starts at 8.30 and we finish at around 9pm.
We will continue to follow the TakeTime series of meditations (Methodist based originating from the prison ministry in Send prison) which can be accessed at any time here: https://taketime.org.uk/.
Most of the time is spent following the set meditation with a brief discussion on any discerned insights afterwards during which there is no pressure to make any contribution to the meeting – so you can simply enjoy the time contemplatively.

TAF - Tuesday Afternoon Fellowship
On the second Tuesday of the month we meet at the church from 2.30pm for an informal bible study and discussion. This is for about an hour and then we have a cup of tea and discuss it further. Do join us one day
Sometimes it is based on one of the Holy Habits and sometimes something different.
